Indy Ranked No. 1 in Nation in Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities

The National Organization on Disability named Indianapolis as the winner of its 8th annual Accessible America Competition. Cited as a model of a disability-friendly city, Indianapolis was lauded for our best practices in accessibility and for the inclusive way in which we incorporate people with disabilities into our community. This recognition also is evidence to our city’s commitment to access and inclusion, a commitment which has been shared by city and local leaders on both sides of the aisle.

What's Next?

The Indianapolis Bar Association continues to grow and prosper while other metropolitan bars struggle. We attribute our success to our engaged young practitioners who take advantage of the programming and networking available with the IndyBar and learn by example and through mentoring from our experienced leaders.
